Wonderful Massages!

I loved the prenatal massages, they were one of the highlights of my pregnancy. Anne has such a calming effect and knew just what to do with any of my aches and pains. I have highly recommended her to all of my pregnant friends and have only heard rave reviews. I just wish she was out in the burbs with me now, since i moved out of NYC.

I felt really in good hands with Anne; the hour seems to be over within minutes; she knows her business very well and knows what parts of the body to work on; this is not a fancy massage center, so you don't pay extra for appearance; still the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing

Talking Anne is Great

Getting massages by Anne has been one of my favorite things during this pregnancy. What can I say - it feels great. She's the best and I keep going back. I feel like I'm in good hands in every sense with Anne and completely trust her. I highly recommend Anne to any pregnant women out there thinking about getting a prenatal massage.

Best Massage, PreNatal or otherwise!

Annie is an amazing, therapist who is very attuned to the aches and pains of pregnancy. I still have yet to find as good of a non-prenatal massage in the city. Makes me want to be pregnant again (almost)!
I love the cozy cocoon of Annie's office and I felt very pampered and cared for.

Smile excellent pre-natal massage therapist

Anne Heckheimer is an outstanding massage therapist. I suffer from scoliosis and was very worried about the effect of pregnancy on my spine. I was fortunate to have had a wonderful pregnancy, and attribute that in large part to the relaxing massage sessions I had with Anne. Anne gently worked out the knots in my neck, shoulders, and upper and lower back. She was always kind, professional ,and knowledgeable. I looked forward to our sessions and referred my other pregnant friends and acquaintances to her. I recommend Anne without hesitation or reservation. Finallly, I suggest you book sessions with her early and often -- especially if you work from 9-5 -- because her evening slots fill up fast.

Smile Anne saved me!

Anne saved me! A few months in to my first pregnancy I hurt my back and was unable to move without intense pain (I actually cried). As I could not take pain meds (let's face it, tylenol doesn't cut it for back pain) my doctor recommended prenatal massage. Anne listened to my description of the problem and worked the area intensely leaving me pain-free and relaxed. I continued to see Anne through my second pregancy and beyond. My husband, who has problems with his feet, is now her second biggest fan. Anne's the real deal...healing, thoughtful, and ready to listen to you.

before you have a massage

If a person is looking for any sorts of massage, he or she has to follow the necessary conditions for physical well-being. One of the main steps is to consult with the physician, especially child, pregnancy women and ill persons. This aids to stick away from the unwanted side effects of massage practice. Also massage therapist can take a confidential medical history from you and have to sign necessary formalities. Your medical history can review deeply, and then they decide if massage is safe for you and then develop comprehensive treatment plan.
