Stana Weisburd is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) & Doula.

An LMT since 1999, Stana has studied many modalities including Swedish, Shiatsu, Medical Massage, Deep Tissue/Myofacial and related therapies such as Reiki and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. She enjoys combining all she has learned to provide a treatment tailored to your individual needs.

Stana's passion for pregnancy and birth led her to study and become certified in perinatal massage after which she had no doubt she was to be a doula. She trained as a Doula with DONA International in 2002 and is currently studying to be a Childbirth Educator with the Childbirth Education Association of Metropolitan New York.

The proud recipient of the Doula Spirit Award from DONA International in 2003, Stana is honored to work with families through this profound time in their lives.

Stana is a professional member of DONA International and the American Massage Therapy Association, serves on the council of the Metropolitan Doula Group as its treasurer and is an active volunteer for Friends of the Birth Center.
